Please read all the terms and conditions carefully before making any payment. Upon receiving the 50% deposit from the client, the client is deemed agreeable to all terms and conditions.

50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO CONFIRM BOOKING.

*No verbal confirmation will be accepted.

*Payment of balance have to pay via bank transfer/paynow/PayLah 72 hours before Actual day. A receipt will be issued to the client after all payment is cleared. Please kindly note that failure to make payment will result in absent of makeup artist turning up for your wedding day.

*Available slots will be allocated to the client with deposit confirmation on a first come first serve basis. Deposits paid are NON – refundable or NON-transferable, and will be forfeited should you decide to cancel our services. Our artists / company would suffer losses if the booking is cancelled,Therefore, we regret that all payments received are strictly non-refundable/transferrable.

*Postpone of any event has to be informed 3 month in advance,The postponed date should be on a date where mua is available, if not re-booking is required. For amendments less than 3 month, deposit will forfeited.

*Any change in dates / different package after confirmation will be subject to additional charges. Please note that there shall be no refunds should the rates of the services for the revised booking are lower than that for the original booking. In such cases, you are also required to make the full payment based on the higher rates if you have not paid the balance. Otherwise, we regret that your deposit will be forfeited.

*Entourages Makeup And Hairstyling are for bridesmaids and family members only. There is no allowance for reducing the number of makeover pax (within 1 location), only add-on available (if time permits, changing of time is subjected to makeup artists’ availability).

For services cancelled 2 weeks before event, the full amount of package value is payable.
For services cancelled more then 2 weeks before event without trial yet, only 50% of deposit will be forfeited.
If the trial is already done, additional payment is needed for trial fee for our makeup artist.
Please understand that we reserved our slot for you and have to reject others in order to take up your booking.

We will secure the particular time slot as agreed, any Major change in time will be subjected to our makeup artist ‘s availability. We allow minor adjustment of +-30 mins.

* In the unlikely event that our makeup artist is unable to carry out the services for your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. injured, too ill, etc.), Cocoon makeup will make every effort to secure a replacement makeup artist of equivalent calibre from within and beyond our company. If a suitable replacement cannot be found and if the choice of replacement artist is rejected by the client, our responsibility and liability is limited to the full refund of all payments made by the client to Cocoon makeup only.

*For free use of hair accessories: $100 deposit will be required. Deposit will be fully refundable upon receiving the accessory in its original condition. Please kindly return within 10 days after marriage, Return personally, by courier or registered mail both available. These accessories are high quality handmade jewelry, please be careful when handling them. If lost or damaged, will require compensation in accordance with the original price. If the accessories lost or damage through regular mail, the full deposit will be forfeited. Thanks for the corporation and understanding.

*We do take photos of our clients for records and sometimes to post on social media. If you wish for us not to do so, just let us know before hand. We will not do so to avoid any legal obligation.
